PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data series synchronous reproducing method for realizing accurate synchronization of a digital signal without deteriorating the digital data signal. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus reproduces the same third digital audio series from the first and second digital audio reproducing apparatuses 1, 2 and compensates, in unit of sampling period, for relative delay time or lead time of the first and second digital audio series front the first and second digital audio reproducing apparatuses s1, 2 depending on the relative delay or lead amount of the third digital audio series itself.
