PURPOSE:To reduce the carrying-in and carrying-out of form materials, and to cut down a stand-by time until concrete strength is displayed by operating the components of framed studs even as column main reinforcements while ensuring the reinforcement arranging spaces of beams by concentrating the components of the framed studs at the corner sections of columns. CONSTITUTION:A framed stud 1 is inserted into a mainly mounted pile 5 constructed to a ground surface 20, girders 7 are disposed to bearing frames 6 installed to sections corresponding to a landslide protection wall 21 and the first floor of the framed stud so as to be bridged, and reinforcements are assembled to the framed stud 1 and the girders 7, and first floor forms 11 and column forms 10 are constructed. Concrete is placed on the framed stud, the girders, the first floor forms and the column forms, a column, beams and the first floor 26 are formed, and excavation up to a first basement is conducted. Likewise, concrete is placed on the framed stud, the girders, first basement floor forms and the column forms, and the column, the beams and a first basement floor 28 are formed.
