PURPOSE: To obtain an antisweating medicine composition by at least partially filling the inner hollow parts of thick hollow spherical particles comprising a water-soluble compound or a complex of a polyvalent metal having an antisweating ability with water-immiscible components of the antisweating medicine composition. CONSTITUTION: This antisweating medicine composition having water-immiscible compounds in thick hollow spherical particles comprising an antisweating medicine is obtained by adding the water-immiscible components (e.g. an aromatic agent, an antibacterial agent, an antimicrobial agent, a deodorizing agent, a softener) to the aqueous solution of an antisweating medicine active ingredient, emulsifying the mixture, and subsequently spraying the obtained emulsion through small holes into a heated air flow to spay-dry the emulsion. The antisweating medicine includes hydrated AlCl3 compound and an Al-Zr complex. The composition comprises particles which have a diameter of 10-74μm and a density of 1.65-1.75g/cc and whose walls comprise the antisweating medicine. The walls of the particles have thickness resistant to breakage during usual treatments and during underarm-coating treatments, and prevent the release of the water-immiscible components, until the particles are dissolved in sweat.
