PURPOSE: To provide a bolted Langevin-type oscillator for a piezoelectric atomizer which can carry out stable atomization without being affected by air temperature and a piezoelectric atomizer. ;CONSTITUTION: The network metal plate 16 of a radiation metal surface 2a for a bolted Langevin-type oscillator in which a rear mass 1, electrode plates 3a, 3b, piezoelectric ceramics 4a, 4b, and a front mass 2 are integrated is installed, and a ribbon heater 10A is fixed by winding to the front mass of the bolted Langevin-type oscillator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
