PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water resistivity and release the pavement for traffic promptly by executing work with a margin through the advantage of a rapidly curable cement having a long curing time during overspreading and rolling work, and get up speed of curing quickly and thereby increase stabilization after the finish of the asphalt pavement surface. ;SOLUTION: The executing method of asphalt pavement is to finish an asphalt pavement surface by preparing an asphalt mixture with cement mixed capable of being overspread within the curing time and executing rolling work, and overspreading the asphalt mixture to be rolled. Following this, from the upside of the finished asphalt pavement surface, electromagnetic waves of a frequency of (f) are irradiated toward the asphalt pavement surface for allowing the dielectric loss ξ" of water in asphalt emulsion to be a predetermined value or more. Next, an irradiation of the electromagnetic waves is controlled to be in a range of temperature in which water temperature in the asphalt emulsion accelerates a hydration reaction with the cement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
