PURPOSE:To obtain a necessary sufficient digital MUSE signal and to lower the recording density by adopting an A/D converting device with a PLL circuit as the sampling circuit in the MUSE system digital VTR and making the sampling clock into the resampling clock of the special MUSE signal.
