PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up the system where a designer, an estimating person and a person engaged in a construction work can depend on unified information by controlling the construction work using CAD as an interface. SOLUTION: A process control, a progress control, cost control and the like are undertaken via the first stage where database 1 prepared along coordinate axes are read, and a building and/or an underground pipe is automatically drawn 2 using CAD, the second stage where contents including coordinates and shapes due to the deformation of the building and/or the underground pipe are read into the database 1 and deformation treatment 3 is undertaken, and the third stage where an automatic calculation is made about the change of a material quantity resulting from the deformation of the building and/or the underground pipe, and estimation treatment 5 is implemented. As a result, all concerned persons efficiently carry out a general work control work and a facility maintenance work, relying on unified information.
