High load fuel gas combustion for ultra-small premixing apparatus for a gas boiler

PURPOSE: To maximize thermal efficiency of a boiler and simultaneously to minimize generation of noxious gases during combustion by a method, wherein a gas fuel fed to a premixture type gas burner used widely as a gas combustion apparatus and combustion air are premixed, and complete combustion made possible during combustion of mixture fuel gas in a gas burner. ;CONSTITUTION: A micro premixing device for high load gas fuel combustion for a gas boiler has a gas fuel feed nozzle 2 provided to feed fuel to one side of an external body 1, a plurality of nozzles 3a and 3b formed in the peripheral direction of an internal body 3, and first and second chambers 1a and 1b in which gas fuel is injected at the same pressure on both sides of the internal part of the external body 1, and a small gap 1c to interconnect the first and second chambers 1a and 1b. A venturi part 3d is formed inside the internal body 3, such that the air for combustion and gas fuel are mixed in a constant ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
