PURPOSE:To attach a heald frame to a fixing member without hanging the heald frame high by arranging a pair of guides to regulate position of the heald frame in back and forth direction and left and right direction against the fixing member above the fixing member in fitting the heald frame to the fixing member. CONSTITUTION:A pair of guides 16 to be arranged above a fixing member 14 are attached to side frame 18 by a rod 36. Each guide 16 has a first plane 42 to correct position of a heald frame 12 in the left and right direction, a second plane 44 to control the position in the left and right direction and a stopper part 46 to regulate the position 1a the back and forth direction.
