Gas extracting equipment null of geo-thermal generation

PURPOSE: To provide a gas extractor in a geothermal power plant, capable of effectively extracting noncondensed gas in a condenser, and safely and economically operating the geothermal power plant. ;CONSTITUTION: A gas extractor 24 in a geothermal power plant 10 is provided with a steam turbine 17 for driving a turbine generator 18 by receiving geothermal steam, a condenser 20 for cooling and condensing exhaust gas from the steam turbine 17 and a gas extracting means 24 for extracting noncondensing gas in the condenser 20. Moreover, this gas extracting means 24 is composed of ejectors 25, 26 for converting geothermal steam into operating steam, while a noncondensed gas detector 30 for detecting the amount of noncondensed gas in the condenser 20 is provided therein. The cross-sectional area of nozzles of the ejectors 25, 26 are adjusted and controlled by the signal detected from the gas detector 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
