PURPOSE: To conduct the execution of works simply by arranging reinforcing bars onto the face of a slope in a latticed shape through netlike bodies while disposing inspecting measuring frames so that the arched members of the inspecting measuring frames cross the reinforcing bars and spraying mortar or concrete. ;CONSTITUTION: Netlike bodies 6 are laid on the face of a slope 5, and fixed onto the face of the slope 5 by anchors. Reinforcing bars 8 are combined and arranged onto the netlike bodies 6 in a latticed shape. Anchors are driven at the intersections of the reinforcing bars 8 under the state, in which the anchors are projected from the face of the slope 5, and the reinforcing bars 8 are bundled to the projecting sections of the anchors by stranded wires. Inspecting measuring frames K are disposed onto the netlike bodies 6 so that the arched members 1 of the inspecting measuring frames K cross the reinforcing bars 8 at the centers of each side of grating frames consisting of the reinforcing bars 8.
