This equipment consists of a catching cation exchange circuit connected behind functional tubes and the heavy metals from the surface treatment waste water are caught on cation devices and eluates are separately processed so that the caught heavy metal in the eluate can be separated, e.g. electrolytically as metal or precipitated as a monometallic sludge for further, e.g. metallurgical processing and to return it after processing back to the process. Behind each functional tube (1) containing ions of heavy metals there is a separate flushing system (11) connected to the independent piping (41) with a storage tank (51), which is connected by independent piping (71) and the pump (61) to mechanical filter (81), which is preliminary to the cation exchange column (91).IMAGE
