PRECAST LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE HALLS CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

The precast lightweight concrete system for the rapid construction of halls and buildings which consist of lightweight concrete columns, beams, roof and ceiling elements, and wall panels, is based on the principles of dry assembly with efficient finishing for the facades and ceilings. This system consists of the following elements: main roof beam (1), roof beam (2), roof valley (3), roof-ceiling slab (4), facade panels (5), columns (6), foundation beams (7) and precast foundations (8), where all these elements, by their dimensions and shapes, make a compatible system. Due to their composition and form, single elements of the system can be used separately or can be combined with other precast or monolithic systems. The regular form of the elements makes possible the application of different construction methods and buildings of various forms; thus, architects and engineers have greater creative freedom in hall and housing design.
