Apparatus consists of a basic bearing area (1) upon which a hydraulic pipe system (2) reinforced by supporting beams (3) is placed, a hydraulic pump (6) with an oil container (7) and an electrical distribution box (24a) with a lead-in cable (25) connected thereinto being further distributed into the electrical distribution box (24) and into an electric motor (9). An operating platform (5) is attached to the supporting beams (3), and transverse reinforcing members (4a) form a ladder (4) to access to the operating platform (5). The electric motor (9) with a rotary disk (10), a counterweight (29), a ball bin (11) and a feeding arm (12) are attached, via a fast coupling, on the uppermost part of an inner movable pipe of the hydraulic pipe system (2). The feeding arm (12) is terminated by a release opening (13) with an upthrow track (14) placed therein. An indicator (17) of the upthrow track and a ball velocity meter (16) are situated in the upthrow track (14).
