FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with stereotaxic removal of intracerebral hematomas by washing out hematoma cavity under conditions of increased hydrodynamic pressure by using thrombin-containing solution and by treating hematoma cavity with laser energy followed by injection of medicinal fibrinogen-thrombin-contrical-containing mixture. Visual control of all stages is performed by using a rigid endoscope. Device is supplied with additional inclined socket and connecting pipe installed at the angle of 30-35 deg. towards an axis of tubular conductor at 100-110 mm distance from its working edge. EFFECT: higher efficiency to exclude redislocation syndrome and relapses during postoperative period and decrease neurological defect. 2 cl, 3 cl, 1 dwg
