With the aid of prefabricated elements in the bottom and overhead areas, power, water, conditioning and ventilating, and telephone communication networks of all types, control systems, safety networks and transportation devices, are coordinated at the required places on the platforms. A cylindrical cup-shaped precast concrete component (1) is embedded in the platform's bottom and contains foundations for one or two network stirrups (9) and for a network support (10).
