Device for unscrewing, unlocking or retracting single-use hypodermic needles from their syringe, pump body or sampling tube. The present invention relates to a device for extracting, with one hand, the various models of single-use hypodermic needles; by way of example: the VENOJECT, VACUTAINER and SARSTEDT systems and LUER adaptors (registered trademarks). The needles are removed from their pump body, syringe or sampling tube without the slightest risk of injuring oneself. The device consists of an opening (1 - fig. 2-7) into which the needle is introduced. A system for locking (3 - fig. 2-5) or ejecting (6 - fig. 2, 3 and 6) its adaptor, makes it possible to unscrew or eject the needle and its adaptor from its support and to dispose of it inside the device. This device, on a container, constitutes a part of the support. This container, of a size which can vary depending on whether it is fitted to a fixed workstation, a nursing trolley, or carried in the bag of a nurse, may be fitted with a drawer. IMAGE
