A substrate (1) provided on one face with a coating(3) having photo-catalytic properties and based on TiO2 in a partially crystallised state and incorporated into the coating as particles mainly in the anatase form. Also claimed, are the uses of the treated substrates, the procedure for producing the coatings, and the organic dispersions providing the carrier for the particles.
