The areas to be enclosed have upper and lower cladding rails. The upper horizontal cladding rail (11) has an open groove (23) running along the edge which is designed to hold the upper edge (22) of the plastic sheeting (21) which is held in position with a flexible strip (24). The lower cladding rail has a second groove (25) running along the edge into which the lower edge of the plastic sheeting is inserted and held in place with a flexible strip (27). The upper rail has a hook (19) to hold and support a container (20) of rolled sheeting (21) which is gradually unrolled once the upper edge has been fixed in position with the flexible seal.
