PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sound leakage by mounting a clip bolt on the flange of a beam, placing a corrugated plate on the flange, placing a cover member on the adjacent plate, and fastening the plate to the cover member by a bolt. ;SOLUTION: The clip part 50 of a clip bolt 5 is mounted so as to nip one edge of the upper flange 20 of a beam 2 suspended on the under-beam reverse side of an elevated road. The clip part 50 of the other bolt 5 is mounted so as to nip the other edge of the flange 20. The bolts 51 of a pair of bolts 5 are inserted to a pair of bolt holes 60 of a lateral fixing plate 6 to constrain the bolts 5 by the lateral fixing plate 6. A corrugated plate 3 as corridor material is placed on the upper surface of the flange 20, and the mountain parts 12 and valley parts 32 of a cover member 1 are brought into contact with the valley parts 11 and mountain parts 31 at the ends of the two longitudinally adjacent plates 3. Further, the bolts 51 are passed through the bolt holes 33 of the plate 3 and the cutout holes 13 of the cover member 1 and fastened.
