PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise generated when concrete is chipped, shaven and cut. ;SOLUTION: Sound suppressing film plates A, A' wherein a large number of plastic fine tubes sealed with a calcium chloride soln. are parallelly bonded and fixed to a polyethylene film under pressure and a sintered aluminum perforated plate 5 are laminated to be bonded to an aluminum alloy frame 5 to form a sound suppressing plate. The sound suppressing plates are combined to form a sound insulating housing and the scene of labor is surrounded by this housing to perform work. Further, when the sound insulating housing is surrounded by the sound suppressing film plates, noise can be lowered. When a rubber packing plate and a press sintered plate are bonded to both side surfaces of a concrete lateral beam under pressure in a superposed state to cut the beam, noise generated at the time of cutting can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
