PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous operation method and a synchronous operation control system for a crane group capable of improving a rate of operation without deteriorating efficiency of operation by deflection lock control. ;SOLUTION: In a synchronous operation method for a crane group communicating with an adjacent crane in advancing direction, receiving information of an operation pattern, correcting a self operation pattern based on both restrictions of an operation pattern of this adjacent crane and self deflection lock control, thereafter performing operation based on this operation pattern, a direct communication means 1 between the adjacent cranes, operation pattern correction means 2 correcting the self operation pattern based on both restrictions of the operation pattern of the adjacent crane and the self deflection lock control, and an operation control means 3 controlling operation based on the self operation pattern are provided respectively.
