PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which damage can be suppressed and permeability of hair to a chemical can be enhanced without deteriorating effects by effectively utilizing water even when the chemical damaging hair of the head and scalp is used at the time of causing a change in the hair of the head. ;SOLUTION: When carrying out a technique for causing a change in the form of the hair of the head, water is permeated through the hair of the head and scalp before and after employing a chemical used and a mixture produced by mixing the chemical used with water in a prescribed ratio is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
