PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce paper mulch having excellent safety, to grow, raise and enlarge plants, to increase production, to enlarge fungicidal and insecticidal effects and to promote photosynthesis. ;SOLUTION: Old paper is made into fine powder, mixed with a synthetic resin, an adhesive, far-infrared ceramic fine powder and formed into a sheet by a machine. Paper mulch is provided with small holes, sprayed with a fungicide, an insecticide, a plant growth regulator, etc., and processed.
