PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a number of restrictions due to definition instructions of an indirect address designating type in the conventional assembler and machine language level optimizing system. ;SOLUTION: When a resource allocating part 11 allocates internal variables generated by a compiler to the machine resources of a register, a memory, etc., and an assembler code generation part 18 outputs an instruction sequence, an another-name accessability analyzing part 19 registers the presence/absence of the possibility of another-name access in an memory access instruction included within the instruction sequence to allocation resource information 14.
