PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collector/distributor to which such parts as a plug socket, circuit breaker, switch, lamp, related to current collection and distribution can be attached by utilizing a vertical frame such as a strut for shelf or a side-face panel for shelf, which is used combined with a working table, laboratory table, etc., or a general strut or vertical frame, and, at the same time, which utilizes a vertical frame such as strut or a panel, that can easily change the attaching positions of the parts related to current collection and distribution. ;SOLUTION: One side face of a vertical frame such as a hollow strut 3 or the of a panel, is opened and a mounting plate 4 mounted with at least one of parts 5 related to current collection and distribution is attached to the opened side face in a detachable and vertically movable state. Then an operation cover 6 having an opening 26 for exposing the operating section 25 of the parts related to electric current collection and distribution is detachably attached to the front face of the plate 4, and a decorative cover 7 is detachably attached to the remaining part of the opened side face so as to utilize the inside of the strut 3 or the vertical frame as a wiring space.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
