PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject controller capable of cutting a seedling mat to square and improving operability by connecting linked bars controlling the rotation speed of a lateral feeding shaft of a seedling loading stage to a hand lever controlling a longitudinal cut length. ;SOLUTION: This controller controls a cutting amount of a seedling mat decided by longitudinal and lateral lengths of the seedling mat by connecting linked bars controlling the rotation speed of a lateral feeding shaft (e) of a seedling loading state (d) deciding a lateral cut length of the seedling mat to a hand lever (h) controlling a longitudinal cut length of the seedling mat. As a relation between the longitudinal cut length of the seedling mat and the rotation of the lateral feeding shaft (e) of the seedling loading state (d), the rotation speed of the lateral feeding shaft (e) of the seedling loading stage (d) is large when the longitudinal cut length of the seedling mat is large, and the rotation speed of the lateral feeding shaft (e) of the seedling loading stage (d) is small when the longitudinal cut length of the seedling mat is small.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
