ALKALI-SOLUBLE RESIN FILM COATED STAINLESS STEEL PLATE EXCELLENT IN SCORING RESISTANCE AND PROCESSABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a stainless steel plate on which a carboxyl group- containing urethane resin film removable by alkali solution on its surface not generating scoring on the resin film even when the mold temperature becomes 200°C at the time of press work. ;SOLUTION: Resin is provided with 40-90 acid number, 12-20 wt.% urethane bonding content in terms of isocyanate group (NCO), 1000-60000 N/cm² elastic modulus at 100°C, and 75-170°C fluidization start temperature, and the film thickness is formed into 0.2-10 μm. Also 1-25 wt.% synthetic resin powder of 0.1-5 μm average particle diameter and/or 1-30 wt.% silica powder is contained in a resin film, as required.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
