PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a remote control operating member of a bed by providing beddings with a pillow engaging means for fixing a pillow so as to freely attach and detach the pillow to and from the beddings. ;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a pillow holding part 12 in the form of a bag, which is provided with the pillow holding member 6 holding the pillow 4 and with an opening 10 extending in the width direction of a Japanese mattress 8 and formed to be capable of attaching/detaching the pillow 4. The position of the pillow 4 is secured only by fitting the opening 16 of a bag-state fitting part 18 being a pillow engaging means 14 to the tip part 8a of the mattress 8 after inserting the pillow 4 from the opening 10 of the member 6. Consequently, even at the time of turning dozens of times during one night when a person sleeps on the mattress 8 fixed with a pillow fixing tool for beddings 2, only his body moves but the pillow never moves and even at the time of being in half-asleep, the pillow 4 is kept at the center position of the mattress 8 at a normal position.
