PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving position decision method and device therefor that can move an application program and a data file to an appropriate server in accordance with operating condition of a network, a position of a user on the network and operating condition of the server. ;SOLUTION: User position information, network operation information, server operation information and application program information are collected (step S1), a network computing potential to each server from a moved terminal of a user are led on the basis of the collected user position, the operating condition of the network and the operating condition of the server (step S2), and a moving position of the application program is decided on the basis of this network computing potential and the collected application program information (step S3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
