PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the number of items and also to design a unit type building that abounds in variations. ;SOLUTION: This system includes a unit body information accumulation means 24 which accumulates the unit body data on the unit bodies of building units and a design means 31 which designs the drawing of a unit type building base on the unit body data accumulated by the means 24. The means 31 includes a reading means 37 which reads the unit body data out or the means 24 and displays them, an attribute designation means 38 which designates an optional area to the displayed unit body data and then designates the attribute of the designated area and an attribute changing means so which changes the designated area based on the designated attribute.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
