PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment where the operator confirms a state of the 2-way remote controller without a screen display and sets the state of the controller under an excellent environment. ;SOLUTION: The 2-way remote controller 11 down-loads device state information from a device 12 controlled by the 2-way remote controller and up-loads the information to a screen display device 13. The operator confirms the state of the device 12 controlled by the 2-way remote controller by the state of the device 12 displayed on the screen display device 13. Furthermore, the operator uses the 2-way remote controller 11 to set the state of device on the screen display device 13 and loads the set device state information to the device 12 controlled by the 2-way remote controller via the 2-way remote controller 11.
