SOLUTION: A substrate 40 where a plurality of movable parts 42 continue to a base part 41 is molded out of a translucent silicone rubber composition by compression molding, etc., and a columnar key top 50 is molded out of a translucent thermoplastic resin. A translucent coloring layer 47 is formed on the entire surface of the substrate 40 by spraying or the like using a translucent paint, and then a paint blended with a light-shielding pigment excellent in the property of absorbing electromagnetic waves, such as carbon black, is used to form a light-shielding coloring layer 43 on the translucent coloring layer 47 by spraying, etc. Then an adhesive 51 is applied on the light-shielding coloring layer 43 on the movable parts 42 and a key top 50 is bonded in place.
