PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defective drainage on a road surface by paving a road surface with water-permeable cement concrete forming a highly hard solidified body made from incineration molten slag of industrial waste as a raw material. ;SOLUTION: A concrete mixture composed of Portland cement of 200-300 kg, water of 50-70 l, an inorganic binder of 1.5-2.1 kg, pigment of 1-2 kg, and resin of 5-10 kg is kneaded to incineration molten slug of 1,000 kg, and placed on a road surface to be paved by a finisher or pressurized and solidified in a form at a pressure of 5-10 kg/cm2 to form highly water-permeable cement concrete pavement. Such a product that incineration molten slag is used, has a high strength and an excellent water-permeable property. It is sufficiently usable as cement concrete pavement and it is recyclable and nature-friendly and further it can be put to practical use as it is taken into consideration for protection of underground water and ecological system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
