PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rust prevention force, tensile force, pulling resistance force in soil and execution and reduce an execution cost by providing a number of embossing projections and/or a number of punching projections on one surface of the longitudinal direction of a strip-like thin plate steel plate at prescribed intervals. ;SOLUTION: For instance, a number of embossing projections 21 whose cross section is trapezoid are formed by continuous press processing on the surface of a hot dip galvanized steel plate with very thick thickness wound in the form of a roll in long length having 2 mm thick and 10 mm wide to constitute a tensile material 1. The planar shape of the embossing projection 21 is a circle, for instance, having a diameter of 2 cm and height of 3 mm, and formed at intervals of 5 cm. In addition, coupling holes 3 of a diameter of 1 cm are provided on both sides side edge part at intervals of about 25 cm.
