PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonator high in non-load Q by simplifying a manufacturing process. ;SOLUTION: This device is composed of a dielectric 11 of almost a columnar, thin film multi phase electrodes 12 formed on the two surfaces of the dielectric 11 facing each other and a recessed part 13 formed almost uniformly along the side peripheral surface of the dielectric 11. Thus, it is possible to adjust a resonance frequency by the depth and the width of the recessed part 13 without short-circuiting the thin film multi phase electrodes and since the symmetrical structure of the dielectric resonator is maintained, the current distribution is not disturbed.
