PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry, deodorize and sterilize a cooking utensil by constituting it of a housing box main body and an exhaust space, and arranging an air sending- out port in a cooking utensil housing chamber of the housing box main body, a deodorizing sterilizing device and a heating air blower in an air heating drying chamber and a deodorant in the exhaust space. SOLUTION: Outside air taken in from an air taking-in port 10 of an opening- closing door 8 flows in an air heating drying chamber 6 from an air supply port 11 arranged in a partition wall 7a between it and the heating drying chamber 6 by passing through an air flowing chamber 5. Air entering the air heating drying chamber 6 is heated by a heating air blower 13, and flows in a cooking tool housing chamber 4 as hot air from a blowoff duct, and dries a cooking tool such as a housed kitchen knife and a chopping board, and at the same time, is sterilized by a deodorizing sterilizing device 12, and flows out to an exhaust space from an air sending-out port 9 thereafter. This flowed-out warm air is deodorized by a deodorant arranged in the exhaust space, and is exhausted outside a housing box from an exhaust port as clean air.
