EXAMINATION MEDICINE AND EXAMINATION METHOD OF HAND CHAP AND SKIN CHAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily examine a living habit and also the existence of a clinical history with high sensitivity by a simple measuring method by an uninvasive treatment method by preparing an examination medicine of a hand chap and a skin chap from an alcohol solution of diphenyl picryl hydrazyl. ;SOLUTION: A color fading phenomenon of purplish red of a diphenyl picryl hydrazyl (hereinafter referred to as DPPH) methanol solution in a visible part absorption spectrum, correlates with symptoms of 'a hand chap and a skin chap'. That is, when ethanol contacted with the skin of an examinee is added to a DPPH-methanol solution, in a sample from the subject having symptoms of 'a hand chap and a skin chap', a phenomenon that purplish red of DPPH becomes faint is caused. Then, the hand chap and the skin chap are examined by observing a change in the purplish red characteristic of DPPH by adding a DDPH-methanol solution being an inspection medicine to ethanol contacted with the skin of the subject causing the skin chap and uncontacted ethanol.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
