PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the pollution of a water zone due to a polluted water during throwing it down without excessive influence resulting from the size of water depth and the speed of a tide by, after a sand and stone transport ship is moved to a throwing down position and a movable hold is lowered near the bottom of water, opening the throwing down port of the movable hold to throw down the inside throwing sand and stone to the bottom of water. ;SOLUTION: A movable hold 10 is located over a throwing down position, and a ship body is stopped to moor. A lock of the movable hold 10 to the ship body 1 is released to actuate each elevating operation winch 14 in a hanging wire drawing out direction. At the same time, each opening-closing operation winch 18 also draws out a hanging wire 19 as far as the same length to lower the movable hold 10 with opening and closing doors 12, 12 kept in a closed state.
