PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency signal control circuit with reduced distortions, even if a large signal is input. ;SOLUTION: A high power/high frequency signal control circuit 21 includes first and second PIN diodes 22 and 23 which are connected together, in parallel and with opposite polarities to each other between the input and output sides of the circuit 21. At the same time, currents of both the diodes 22 and 23 are controlled by a common voltage.
