PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the floating of an aggregate and provide a smooth surface though the weight is reduced and the strength is raised. SOLUTION: This cement-based self-leveling material is obtained by using inorganic expanded grains having the surface covered with a porcelaneous skin layer prepared from a glassy mineral and a kaolite-containing mineral and the interior thereof independently filled with innumerable fine cells in the same material and further =3.60 coarse grain ratio and =1.0 bone-dry specific gravity and inorganic microspheres, having =0.17 mm average grain diameter and =1.0 bone-dry specific gravity and assuming the shape of hollow spheres as an aggregate. The amount of the mixed microspheres is =10% based on the inorganic expanded grains. The flow value is within the range of 170-200 mm.
