PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall that is excellent in terms of strength, using T-shaped or cruciform precast wall panels. ;SOLUTION: A vertical panel 2 is integrally and securely connected to the front of a rectilinear horizontal panel 1 at right angles, a plurality of shear cotters 5 are provided by denting both of the inclined wall surfaces 4 of the horizontal panel 1, and joint reinforcements 8 with their first ends driven into the shear cotters 5 and with semiloop parts 8a provided at their second ends are provided in such a way as to jut out.
