The coefficients of discharge of the valves are varied in various values to calculate the flow rates, and the combination of the coefficients of discharge to satisfy the required mixing efficiency is obtained on the basis of the result. By such a device, the design of the mixing faucet can be easily made. In the case the positive function is used, the simulation and control of the mixing faucet can be easily executed.
