PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive compsn. for a display having an integrally formed touch panel which exhibits suitable elasticity and shock-absorbing capability in the case where a touch panel and a display directly bonded, imparts good display properties, and can form an adhesive layer excellent in clarity, adhesiveness, and durability by using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as the main ingredient and to obtain an adhesive film prepd. therefrom. ;SOLUTION: This adhesive compsn. pref. contains, as the main ingredient, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 10-50 wt.% and is thermally curable and/or photocurable. In the case of thermal curing, 0.14-10 pts.wt. org. peroxide is added to 100 pts.wt. copolymer; and in the case of photocuring, 0.1-10 pts.wt. photosensitizer is added. An org. peroxide may be jointly used with a photosensitizer. The compsn. may further contain a silane coupling agent, a compd. having a (meth)acryloxy or allyl group, a hydrocarbon resin etc.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
