PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woven fabric having large soft feeling, warmness and stretchability and a knit fabric having stretchability, soft feeling and warmness even if tension is applied to a polyester based multifilament combined filament yarn comprising two kinds of stretch yarn A and shrinkage yarn B and woven fabric produced by using the combined filament yarn under restraint or after passing through dyeing step. ;SOLUTION: This polyester-based multifilament combined filament yarn and woven or knit fabric using the combined filament yarn are each composed of (A) a polyester multifilament which elongates by 160°C dry heat treatment and (B) a side by side type or eccentric sheath-core type polyester conjugate filament comprising two kinds of components which are different in heat shrinkage and the filaments (A) and (B) satisfy the following formulas. Dry heat shrinkage factor [SHD(A)] of the component A 0%, dry heat shrinkage factor [SHD(B)] of the component B ≥5% and SHD (B)-SHD(A)≥5.0% and crimp developing ratio (CC) of the component B ≥30%, 2.0 ≤single yarn denier (d/f) of the component B$7.0 and 20≤ interlacing number (number/ m) [Di] of filaments A and B ≤100.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
