PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by providing a plurality of sheathings in a state where they are abutted on the outside face of a base plate to surround a grout material filling part, separating the sheathings mutually to be connected and forming an opening part in a separation space. ;SOLUTION: Sheathings 8, 9, 10, 11 are disposed to be abutted along the outside part of a base plate. Two corner parts on the diagonal line between the sheathings 8, 9 and the sheathings 10, 11 are connected through sheathing connection members 12, 13, and opening parts 17, 18 communicating with the grout material filling part of the lower part of the base plate are formed. Furthermore, the two corner parts between the sheathings 8, 11 and between the sheathings 9, 10 are directly connected by nailing and the like to form a column leg part form. At the time of execution, for instance, grout material is injected from one opening part 17 and exhaust and filling confirmation of grout material are performed through the other opening part 18.
