PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and small rectifier circuit of a simple circuit structure capable of achieving stable circuit operation with MOS transistors, its full-wave rectifying method and its half-wave rectifying method. ;SOLUTION: By taking the output current of a differential amplifier circuit 15 into a current Miller circuit 16 and by making the current ratio of the output stage one-to-one, the operation of a circuit is stabilized and oscillation is made to hardly occur. When an AC signal is inputted from an input terminal 11, a signal voltage outputted from an output terminal 14 is the full-wave rectified wave form signal of the same amplitude with that of the AC signal applied to the input terminal 11. On the other hand, when an AC signal is inputted from an input terminal 12, a signal voltage outputted from the output terminal 14 is the half-wave rectified wave form signal of double the amplitude of the AC signal inputted to the input terminal 12 if an input resistance 7 and a feedback resistance 8 are of a same value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
