METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING CHANGE OF LOAD OF BOILER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the change of the load and a device therefor which, when there is restriction in capacity of the auxiliary machinery for a commercial boiler, make the auxiliary machinery operate to full capacity in a manner of changing to increased load. ;SOLUTION: When it is detected, at the time of increase of the load of a boiler, that the capacities of specific auxiliary boiler machinery such as forced draft fan and induced draft fan are close to limits, a boiler-operating signal is set by switching over the load-increasing changing ratio to what can be attainable within the capacity of the auxiliary boiler machinery. When it is detected, through inputting of a signal denoting the opening degree of a damper added to specific auxiliary boiler machinery, that the damper has smaller room than a specified value against its largest adjusted opening degree, there are provided an adjuster 5 which calculates an adjusting performance to the deviation, a lower value selector 6 which compares the operating output signal of the adjuster 5 with a signal set for a load change ratio and selects a lower value, and a setter 7 for setting an increased load change ratio by an output of the lower value selector 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
