BINDING METHOD FOR POST-PLACING CONCRETE AND POST-PLACING CONCRETE BINDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the construction and reinforce the integrity by sticking a spiral carbon fiber bar to an established structural body via a carbon fiber belt, by arranging reinforcement thereon so as to place the concrete, and by eliminating any necessity of a stud dowel, etc. ;SOLUTION: A spiral carbon fiber bar 3 formed by twisting a number of yarns into a spiral shape is stuck and fixed on a structural body 15 constituted of concrete, metal, and a stone material by a carbon fiber belt 4, which is formed of the same materials into a sheet shape, at fixed intervals per each roll. The reinforcement 6 is arranged thereon and post-placing concrete is placed. The structural body 15 may be either of a concrete slab, a steel beam, a deck plate, etc., and epoxy-based adhesive is used for the adhesion. The spiral carbon fiber bar 3 is employed as a connecting material substitute for a stud dowel or a beard reinforcement for the integration so that a superior binding state can be held for a long time. This constitution can easily provide the post-placing concrete having high shear strength.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
