PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder granulating apparatus and a fine powder granulating method, by which degassing effect is not lowered caused by the air in a hopper except the air originally contained in the fine powder and the outer air sucked from the gap between left and right rolls rotated inward. ;SOLUTION: In the fine powder granulating apparatus provided with reverse conical shaped hopper 1 which can receive the fine powder, and a through 4 communicatedly connected to the lower end of the hopper 1 and arranged so that the tip end of the trough 4 faces to between one pair of left and right pressing rollers 12, a tapered screw blade 2 in the hopper 1, and a straight screw blade 13 in the trough 4 are supported so as to be rotationally derivable, and also, the trough 4 is constituted of a cylindrical filter cylinder 6, and the degassing means is provided at the outside of the filter cylinder 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
